The first OpenStack NFV deployment for a Singapore telco was done in conjunction with a systems integrator, network vendor, and Red Hat. Some of the biggest challenges were technical in nature, but required some strategies to manage all parties to solve them.
In this presentation we share stories of problems we encountered in the field and the strategies we took to resolve them.
