Deploy Hybrid Cloud in Mere Hours (QuickStart Cloud Installer) & Deploy and Upgrade with Confidence (Deployment Planner)
In this session, you’ll learn how Red Hat Cloud Suites provide a complete hybrid cloud solution that reduces overall complexity and accelerates deployment time.

As organizations move toward hybrid cloud that integrate multiple architectures, getting them to work together seamlessly can be a challenging and time consuming endeavor. Overly complex installation, uncertain interoperability, and untested configurations often threaten success. Wouldn’t it be great if you could minimize the complexity of deploying your hybrid cloud environment? In this session, you’ll learn how Red Hat Cloud Suites are designed to provide a complete hybrid cloud solution that brings it all together and:
Unifies installation to cut deployment time from weeks to mere hours
Automates and assures interoperability that lets you select products knowing that they “just work” together
Seamlessly integrates and manages both IaaS and PaaS environments
Provides an all-in-one solution to meet your expanding IT demands
Deploy and Upgrade with Confidence (Deployment Planner)

The hybrid cloud landscape is often a complex mix of multiple architectures that not only include private and public clouds but existing physical and virtual infrastructure. Deploying a hybrid cloud across different environments poses many challenges and risks; they include overly complex installation, uncertain interoperability, and untested configurations resulting in prolonged deployment times. In this session, you will learn about Red Hat's latest tool in helping you to plan you deployment, so you will never have to second-guess interoperability again, particularly when you are in front of customers.

OpenShift and Infrastructure Provider Integration, how we get along
In this session we will provide an overview on integrating OpenShift into 5 infrastructure providers: AWS, GCE, VMware, RHEL OSP and Azure. Come join us on this journey to see our best practices and lessons learned! We'll use orchestration tools like Ansible, provider native (think CloudFormation, Deployment manager) provider CLIs and more to bootstrap these PaaS integrations which leverage a common architecture that can be applied to any platform. In addition, we'll show how OpenShift can leverage different aspects of each provider; including storage, load balancers, DNS and identity.  We will have individual sessions that will go into each provider in more detail.

API based integration for microservices: Container Edition
JBoss Fuse is a lightweight integration framework that brings powerful integration capabilities to your apps whether deployed as cloud-native microserivces or traditional apps. Together with the decision server handling multitude of business events, and the scalability of OpenShift platform, they form the perfect CEP cloud based solution.

You will learn how to quickly build integrations through JBoss Fuse using circuilt-breaker and other microservices patterns and deploy them into containers on OpenShift.

The attendees have a chance to learn:
- How to create asynchronous event driven integration with Apache Camel and Apache ActiveMQ
- How to integrate routes and message events with Enterprise Integration Patters (EIP)
- Creating an API based architecture.
- How to deploy integration flows into a multi-container microservices application on OpenShift

A Load Generation Framework for CEP Application Testing and Demos
In this Session, I am going to show you a framework that I developed which allows you to:
- Configure individual events in a CSV file to drive a CEP application
- Configure event generation based on event arrival distribution in a CSV file to drive a CEP application
- Perform realtime load generation (eg, for load testing) running multiple instances of the load generator (part of the framework) to feed a CEP application via Fuse and A-MQ integration
- Show you the UML class diagram containing the load testing framework classes, their attributes, operations and relationships. I also describe how the framework works including how the load generator is loosely coupled to your CEP application using the Observer design pattern.

Troubleshooting the structured way. OSI made simple
Prerequisites: none, but understanding what OSI is would be beneficial.

Short description: When your (client's) application is not working, finding where the problem lies can be a difficult task. Multiple teams can get involved: developers, operations, network, security, database etc. And more often on not, they will be blaming each other. This talk will try to help you find the right tools for blaming the right people.

Living to tell the tale of OpenStack NFV deployments
The first OpenStack NFV deployment for a Singapore telco was done in conjunction with a systems integrator, network vendor, and Red Hat. Some of the biggest challenges were technical in nature, but required some strategies to manage all parties to solve them.

In this presentation we share stories of problems we encountered in the field and the strategies we took to resolve them.
